As its address suggests, the decor here is elegant, from the auburn-stained hardwood floors to the tastefully painted walls. And the place has a real neighbourhood feel, thanks to owner and trainer Ashlee Paterson-Meadus, who leads the clientele through high-energy step routines. Other classes include Body Sculpt, resistance training, Pilates and yoga. Personal training sessions take place on the lower level, using a small but complete set of Quantum resistance and cardio equipment. A relaxation room, where clients can stretch and decompress, is in the works for the third-floor studio.
